EDITORIAL

 

Fryer & Fast Food editor Keith Dixon recognises that its 10,000 readership of leading fast food proprietors are busy people - so all articles are bite-sized, tasty, and easily digested. An interesting mix of features each issue keeps outlets well informed of changing trends within the sector.

 

CIRCULATION

 

The 10,000 circulation database of F&FF was newly commissioned in 2006 from business data specialists Experian, whose brief was to provide 10,000 of the UK's top performing fast food outlets, with a specification that 6,500 outlets were to be fish and chip shops. A 3% natural wastage of 'gone away' or changed business use is replaced annually with new businesses. Accurate updating like this is why a number of major suppliers to the industry report excellent response from F&FF.

The magazine is published on the third Friday of each month, except August and December... traditionally when people have other things on their minds.
